All sales of firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to a FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT.
If a defect is discovered in any NEW (NON-BLEM or NON-DEMO) firearm, lower or complete upper after being transferred or shipped you may contact us directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS, of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and returns on ALL items include a 15% restocking fee and the customer is expected to be responsible for return shipping the items to us.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by CORE Rifle Systems and must be returned in original packaging.
CORE Rifle Systems reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. CORE Rifle Systems reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
You can expect your order to ship within 5 business days. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Do not hesitate to contact us if your order has passed the above ship time, and we will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay.
